Villa Maria is our newly renovated Long-term Care Campus, located at 116 South Central Avenue in Mulvane, Kansas. We provide living solutions for Long-term Care as well as therapy services for Short-term Rehabilitation and Outpatient Therapy. Our 64 bed community was recently renovated, which allowed us to bring everything up to new building code, enlarge resident/guest rooms, implement a state of the art air handling system and more!
Long-term Care

Villa Maria offers private and semi-private rooms for our long-term care residents. Each room has an individual entrance from the hallway, handicap accessible bathroom, personal closet, mounted TV with cable, wi-fi, bed, dresser, night stand, rolling bedside table, large window for natural lighting, individual temperature control and call light system for assistance. Semi-private rooms share a bathroom with their suite mate, accessible from a short hallway on the exterior wall, connecting the two rooms for convenience and privacy.
We offer 24 hour skilled nursing, Medical Director on staff, rehab therapies and restorative programs, personalized resident activities, church services in our on-site chapel, pastoral care, outings with wheelchair accessible transportation, a secure and smoke-free campus, restaurant style dining, respite care and end of life care.

Short-term Rehab

Villa Maria partners with an in-house therapy provider to offer in-patient, short-term skilled rehabilitation services. All of our rehab guests enjoy a private room with individual temperature control, handicap accessible restroom, zero-entry shower, mounted TV with Cox cable, wi-fi, an appropriate sitting chair or recliner, personal closet, dresser, night stand and rolling bed-side table. Beds are adjustable in height and position, for maximum comfort and safety of all guests.
Skilled rehab stays are structured to be more intensive, offering 5 days per and typical stays range between 14-20 days in length.
Our team will evaluate each patient individually to establish a baseline and set focused goals, providing individualized programs for optimum success. All rehab guests are empowered to meet and exceed goals in order to maximize their safety and independence when returning back home.
Meals: Guest may select from a daily special or off of our always available menu for each meal, and may select from a variety of beverages such as cappuccino, coffee, juices, tea, etc. Snacks are also available.
Visitation: We do not have specified visitation hours, so your family and friends are welcome to visit at any time!
Activities: Villa Maria has a wonderful activities program, where guests and residents can participate as much or as little as they would like. There are also puzzle and game tables available at all times.
Pastoral Care: Bible study and communion are available on twice per week, and a non-denominational church service is available in our chapel on Sundays.

Villa Maria partners with an in-house therapy team to provide Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Therapy (ST) for citizens of the Mulvane and surrounding area. Outpatient services are structured to support the patient's needs and our therapy team is happy to provide flexible scheduling options to work around your home schedule.
We have a new spacious therapy gym, which is easily accessible from our main entrance. If you feel you would benefit from outpatient therapy services at Villa Maria, please ask your doctor to fax us a referral.
